The 2017 growing season was one of the best starts to a growing season, with a nice rainfall, ending our long drought. However, early heat seemed to spark some worry in quick ripening, but it was a blessing as we were able to get all our fruit off before the horrific fires broke out here in wine country. We believe we picked our Cabernet at the perfect time to give it the right amount of flavor and boldness. It is filled with rich structure that includes black plums and blackberries. You will also find intense aromas of black cherry and violet, with a hint of nutmeg.
