The 2010 Barrouge Estate Grown Cabernet Sauvignon has wonderful, opulent cherry and blackberry flavors that harmonize with the vanilla and spice from the French oak. The lush, dark, jammy fruit offers a silky entrance that expands and coats the palate, while the tannins are rich and supporting, leading to a lengthy finish, with roasted almonds and cocoa. The 2010 Barrouge is a blend 82% Cabernet Sauvignon, 6% Merlot, 6% Cabernet Franc and 6% Petite Verdot.
